Directions
- 1Take a cup of cold butter and cube it.
- 2Add a cup of packed brown sugar and half a cup of regular sugar to the cold butter and cream that together.
- 3Add a teaspoon of vanilla and then two eggs, adding each in one at a time.
- 4Add 3/4 teaspoon of baking soda and salt.
- 5Add a teaspoon of cornstarch.
- 6Mix that together and then add in a cup and a half of cake flour and two cups of regular flour.
- 7Mix the dough by hand.
- 8Add two cups of chocolate chips and mix that together.
- 9Put the dough together into huge baseball-sized cookies.
- 10Stick the cookies in the oven at 405-410 degrees for around 11 to 12 minutes.
