Directions
- 1Start off by draining and drying your pineapple slices.
- 2Put the pineapple slices on parchment paper and stick them in the freezer until you're ready to dip them in candy.
- 3Add two cups of sugar to a pot.
- 4Add a quarter cup of corn syrup to the pot.
- 5Add a half a cup of water to the pot.
- 6Let the mixture come to a boil over a medium to medium-high heat.
- 7Once your mixture begins to boil, add a candy thermometer.
- 8Heat until the mixture reaches 300 degrees Fahrenheit (hard crack stage).
- 9Once at 300 degrees, turn off the heat and remove the pot from the heat.
- 10Add white food coloring to make the mixture opaque.
- 11Add neon yellow food coloring for color.
- 12Add peach flavoring.
- 13Mix the candy mixture thoroughly.
- 14Take a pineapple slice, dip it in the candy, let it drip, and place it on a pan with parchment paper.
- 15Continue dipping all pineapple slices.
- 16Once all pineapples are dipped, go back to the first one, flip it, dip it again, let it drip, and place it on the pan.
- 17Optionally, drizzle additional candy over the pineapples while they are still wet.

Tips
- Do not stir the candy mixture once it's on the heat, as the heat will mix it itself.
- If you don't care for the candy to be opaque, you can skip adding white food coloring.
- You don't have to add any food coloring if you don't like to.
- You can drizzle while they are still drizzling.
