- 7Mix the cheese and dressing mixture well.
- 8In a separate bowl, combine Panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- 9Mix the breadcrumb topping.
- 10Spread the cheese mixture over the cooked salmon fillets.
- 11Sprinkle the breadcrumb topping generously over the cheese mixture on the salmon.
- 12Place the salmon back into the skillet and cook until the crust is golden and crispy.
- 13Serve the Parmesan crusted salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus.
