Directions
- 1Season two boneless, skinless chicken breasts with spices and mix well.
- 2Add olive oil and butter to a hot pan and let the butter melt.
- 3Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the pan and cook until golden brown.
- 4Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
- 5Add chopped onions to the same pan and sauté until softened and golden.
- 6Add minced garlic to the pan and continue to cook until fragrant.
- 7Stir in chicken bouillon, paprika powder, garlic powder, and black pepper, and chili flakes.
- 8Pour heavy cream into the pan and stir to combine with the sautéed ingredients.
- 9Add pesto to the sauce and mix until fully incorporated.
- 10Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.
- 11Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- 12Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the pasta.
- 13Pour some sauce over the chicken breasts and serve.
