Add mutton pieces to the glass bowl.

Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt to the bowl.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon stick and green chilies.

Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add marinated mutton and stir well.

Add potatoes and mix all the ingredients together.

Cover the wok and cook until the mutton is tender.

Add coriander leaves and mix well.

Serve hot with rice.
