Directions

  1. 1Add mutton pieces to the glass bowl.
  2. 2Add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt to the bowl.
  3. 3Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
  4. 4Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon stick and green chilies.
  5. 5Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  6. 6Add marinated mutton and stir well.
  7. 7Add potatoes and mix all the ingredients together.
  8. 8Cover the wok and cook until the mutton is tender.
  9. 9Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  10. 10Serve hot with rice.
