Directions

  1. 1Season the steak heavily with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. 2Completely cover the steak in pure honey.
  3. 3Age for seven days.
  4. 4Wipe off the honey from the steak.
  5. 5Add more seasoning.
  6. 6Smoke over apple wood.
  7. 7Sear the steak.
  8. 8Cut and serve.

  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 apple wood
