High Protein Garlic Parmesan Steak Alfredo Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Slice your steaks into cubes.
  2. 2Season with salt, black pepper, Italian herbs, garlic powder, parsley, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
  3. 3Mix until the color changes.
  4. 4Cook steak bites in light butter for 2 minutes each side on medium-high heat until golden and juicy.
  5. 5Lower the heat, add extra butter, fresh garlic, and grated parmesan.
  6. 6Mix until well coated.

  9. 9Cook for 5 minutes until soft.

  • 1 Tsp Extra Seasoning (Parsley)
  • 1 Tsp Extra Seasoning (Smoked Paprika)
  • 300 ml Light Evaporated Milk or Regular Milk
  • 130 g Light Cream Cheese
  • 40 g Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 520 g Cooked Pasta
  • 50 ml Pasta Water

Tips

  • Marinate the steak bites for 30 minutes before cooking for better flavor.
  • Cook the steak bites on medium-high heat for 2 minutes each side until golden and juicy.
  • Once cooked, lower the heat and add extra butter, garlic, and parmesan, mixing for 1 minute until well coated.
  • Cook onion and garlic on medium-low heat for 5-6 minutes until soft and translucent, then add spices and mix for 1 minute.
