Directions

  1. 1Blend cherries.
  2. 2Cut butter into slices.
  3. 3Melt butter in a pan.
  4. 4Add flour to melted butter and mix.
  5. 5Add blended cherries and mix.
  6. 6Pipe the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  7. 7Bake the cream puffs.
  8. 8Whip the whipping cream with sugar.
  9. 9Cut the cream puffs in half.
  10. 10Fill the cream puffs with whipped cream.

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 473 ml whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
