Directions

  1. 1Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the garlic until golden and crispy. Set aside.
  2. 2In the same pan, dust the shallots with a little flour and fry until crispy. Set aside with the garlic.
  3. 3Fry an egg in the remaining oil until the edges are crispy and the yolk is still runny, then set aside.
  4. 4Using the same fragrant garlic and shallot oil, cook the minced pork until browned and crispy.
  5. 5Add the light soy sauce, Golden Mountain soy sauce, sugar, pork powder, and chili flakes to season the pork.
  6. 6Toss the crispy garlic and shallots back into the pan with the pork and mix everything together.
  7. 7Serve hot over steam rice with the crispy fried egg on top.

Ingredients

  • 250 g pork mince
  • 15 g garlic, sliced
  • 15 g shallot, sliced
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Golden Mountain soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp Knorr pork powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 whole egg
