Dice the Roma tomatoes and add them to a large mixing bowl.

Add diced onion to the bowl.

Add diced jalapeños to the bowl.

Add chopped cilantro to the bowl.

Squeeze lime juice into the bowl (approximately three limes).

Add a large pinch of salt to the pico de gallo mixture.

Stir the pico de gallo until well combined.

Transfer the pico de gallo to a food container and set aside.

Cut open avocados and scoop the flesh into the same large mixing bowl (no need to clean it).

Add diced onion to the avocados.

Add diced tomatoes to the avocados.

Add chopped cilantro to the avocados.

Squeeze lime juice into the guacamole mixture.

Mash the guacamole with a potato masher until desired consistency.
