Directions

  1. 1Peel the potatoes.
  2. 2Cut the potatoes into crinkle-cut shapes or thin slices using a mandoline or knife.
  3. 3Rinse the potatoes until the water runs clear.
  4. 4Soak the potatoes in an ice bath for 15 minutes to remove any extra starch.
  5. 5For the seasoning, add salt, milk powder, cheddar cheese powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and dried dill to a blender.
  6. 6Blend the seasoning ingredients for 1-2 minutes until fine.
  7. 7Pat the potatoes completely dry with paper towels.
  8. 8Spray the dried potato slices with cooking oil.
  9. 9Cook the chips in an air fryer at 200°C (400°F) for 10-15 minutes, flipping and spraying halfway through, or oven bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15-25 minutes, flipping and spraying halfway through, until crispy.
  10. 10Add half of the prepared seasoning to the cooked chips and mix well.
  11. 11Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top.
