Makawoni Gratine

Directions

  1. 1Dice the onion.
  2. 2Dice the green peppers.
  3. 3Dice the Spam.
  4. 4Grate the Edam and Smoked Gouda cheeses.
  5. 5Melt butter in a large pot over a portable gas stove.
  6. 6Add flour to the melted butter and stir to create a roux.
  7. 7Add diced Spam, green peppers, and onions to the pot and mix.
  8. 8Add Haitian epis (seasoning base) to the pot and mix.
  9. 9Open two cans of Carnation Evaporated Milk.
  10. 10Pour both cans of evaporated milk into the pot.
  11. 11Season with salt.
  12. 12Add sazon seasoning.
  13. 13Add Very Noicee All Purpose Seasoning.
  14. 14Add cooked penne pasta to the sauce and mix well.
  15. 15Add grated cheese to the pasta mixture and stir.
  16. 16Add Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup to the mixture.
  17. 17Transfer the macaroni mixture into a baking dish.
  18. 18Top with Kraft Grated Parmesan & Romano Cheese.
  19. 19Add more grated cheese on top.
  20. 20Bake until the top is golden brown and cheesy.
