Beat two eggs with half a cup of bitter cocoa, half a teaspoon of salt, another of baking powder, a little vanilla essence, put a teaspoon and a half and a pinch of instant coffee.
In another bowl, grab half a cup of unsalted melted butter and mix it with a cup of sugar.
Then mix everything well, the eggs with the butter.
When it is together, add three-quarters of a cup of flour, without stirring much, just to integrate.
Finally, add a cup of chocolate chips and incorporate them with a spatula.
Pour it into a square mold 9x9 inches more or less and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius, 350 Fahrenheit for about 28 to 30 minutes.
Take it out when the center still trembles a little because when it cools it finishes sitting down.
