Directions

  1. 1Mix butter and sugar.
  2. 2Add egg and vanilla extract.
  3. 3Add flour, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder and sea salt.
  4. 4Mix until a soft dough is formed.
  5. 5Add Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate bar and buttons.
  6. 6Divide the cookie dough into 8 large balls, or 12 smaller balls.
  7. 7Freeze for about an hour.
  8. 8Bake at 160°C for approximately 20 minutes.

  • 170 g butter
  • 170 g light brown sugar
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 g plain flour
  • 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate bar
  • 1 bag Cadbury Dairy Milk buttons
