Red Pesto Chicken Orzo
Directions
- 1Add orzo, spinach, red peppers, onions, lazy garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, red pesto, light Philadelphia, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and chicken stock to a baking tray.
- 2Give it a good mix.
- 3Flatten the mixture down.
- 4Pop on some tin foil.
- 5Throw it in the oven for about 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

- 190 g reduced fat Red pesto
- 1 handful chopped Spinach
- 1 Diced onion
- 100 g Sundried tomatoes
- 200 g light Philadelphia
- Salt
