Directions
- 1In a frying pan, brown 1 lb of ground beef.
- 2Add 1 medium onion and 4 cloves of garlic.
- 3Drain excess grease using paper towels.
- 4Add 1 packet of Taco Bell seasoning.
- 5Stir in 1 can of Hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes, 1 can of Contadina tomato sauce and 1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies.
- 6Add 1 cup of water to get all tomato out.
- 7Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
- 8In a bowl, combine 4 oz of cream cheese, 1 cup of Daisy sour cream, and 2 cups of cooked rice.
- 9Add 1 tbsp of Taco Bell seasoning and 1 tbsp of chili powder.
- 10Mix the rice mixture well.
- 11Layer a couple of ladles of the meat sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- 12Top with the rice mixture.
- 13Add a handful of crushed Doritos tortilla chips.
- 14Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Colby cheese on top.
- 15Pour the remaining meat sauce over the cheese.
- 16Add more crushed Doritos chips and shredded Colby cheese.
- 17Bake until heated through and bubbly.
- 18Serve with lettuce, diced tomatoes, Taco Bell hot sauce and sour cream.

- 1 bottle Taco Bell hot sauce
- 1 tbsp sour cream
