Crock Pot Pork Shoulder with Mushroom Gravy

Directions

  1. 1Season the pork shoulder with flavor time southern seasoning.
  2. 2Sear the pork shoulder on both sides in a cast iron skillet.
  3. 3Place the seared pork shoulder in a crock pot.
  4. 4In the same skillet, sauté one medium-size chopped onion, two cups of carrots, four ribs of celery, black pepper, garlic powder, more flavor time southern seasoning, and one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
  5. 5Add three tablespoons of butter to the skillet and scrape everything off the bottom.
  6. 6Add one 10.5 ounce can of cream of celery soup, two 10.5 ounce cans of golden mushroom soup, one packet of Lipton onion soup mix, one packet of brown gravy mix, and eight ounces of fresh mushrooms.
  7. 7Pour in twelve ounces of vegetable broth and mix well.
  8. 8Let simmer for a couple of minutes.
  9. 9Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder in the crock pot.
  10. 10Cook on low for eight to ten hours.
  11. 11Serve over mashed potatoes.
