1Cook and chop the chicken, then set aside. Give it a quick salt/pepper/garlic powder, then sear on medium-high for 5-7min per side or until cooked through.
2In the same pan, add all sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken.
3Add the chicken back in and simmer for 10–15 minutes until the sauce thickens and caramelizes.

0.25 cup gluten free hoisin
0.5 cup apple juice
0.25 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ginger
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch
