1To some cut up chicken thighs, add two egg whites, soy sauce and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
2Add corn starch until you get a paint like better.
3Fry these in some oil over medium heat until they are golden brown.
4On the first fry, there will be a light golden brown in color. Crank the heat up a little bit, fry them again and this will get them crispy and a little darker in color.
5For the sauce, in a bowl combine half a cup of soy sauce, water, and white vinegar.
6Add in some orange zest and the juice of two oranges and two thirds cups of brown sugar.
7Mix that together and add it to a pan and bring it to a simmer.
8Once it begins to simmer, add a slurry mixture, which is cornstarch and water to thicken the sauce.
9Once it's nice and thick coat all of your chicken.
