Directions
- 1Melt butter in a pan.
- 2Add kataifi to the melted butter.
- 3Stir and fry the kataifi until golden brown.
- 4Pour pistachio cream over the fried kataifi in a bowl.
- 5Mix well until fully combined.
- 6Roll the mixture into small balls.
- 7Melt butter in a pan.
- 8Add marshmallows to the pan.
- 9Add plain marshmallows to the pan.
- 10Stir the marshmallows until they start to melt.
- 11Add chocolate powder to the melted marshmallows.
- 12Mix well until a smooth chocolate mixture is formed.
- 13Take a portion of the chocolate mixture and flatten it in your gloved hand.
- 14Place a pistachio kataifi ball in the center of the flattened chocolate mixture.
- 15Wrap the chocolate mixture around the pistachio ball to form a cookie.
- 16Dust the cookie with chocolate powder.
- 17Place the finished cookie in a muffin cup.
