Directions

  1. 1Take the freshly foraged marshmallow plant pieces, add water and sugar. Simmer until caramelized and nice and gooey.
  2. 2Strain the peas.
  3. 3Add egg white, cornstarch, and cream of tartar.
  4. 4Whip until you have a beautiful consistency for marshmallows.
  5. 5Put the mix in small portions in a baking sheet and bake.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar
