High Protein Creamy Honey Garlic Steak Noodles

Directions

  1. 1Slice your steaks into cubes and season with salt, black pepper, garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika, and olive oil.
  2. 2Mix the seasoned steak until the color changes.
  3. 3Cook the steak bites on medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes each side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4Lower the heat, add more butter, garlic, a drizzle of honey, and parsley to the steak.
  5. 5Mix for 1 minute until each piece is well coated and juicy, then set the beef aside.
  6. 6Cook/boil the noodles first as you’ll need noodle water for the creamy sauce.
  7. 7Add lots of minced garlic and cook this for 2 minutes on low heat in the residue butter left from cooking the steak bites.
  8. 8Add gochujang paste and mix it in for 1-2 minutes.
  9. 9Add evaporated milk, light cream cheese, and parmesan.
  10. 10Stir until it melts, then add your noodle water.
  11. 11Let the sauce thicken on low heat, then add your cooked noodles.
  12. 12Finally, serve with the juicy steak bites.
