Cowboy Butter Steak Bites Pasta
Directions
- 1Cube your steak of choice (ribeye) into 2-3 inch pieces.
- 2Douse the steak cubes in steak seasoning (or a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt).
- 3Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and give the seasoned steak cubes a quick sear, working in batches if necessary.
- 4Toss the seared steak cubes in 3 tbsp butter and 3-4 minced garlic cloves.
- 5Set the steak bites aside and do not clean the pan.
- 6In the same pan, melt 3 tbsp butter.
- 7Add 1/2 finely diced onion and 3 minced garlic cloves to create an aroma.
- 8Add 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
- 9Mix the spices and mustard around a bit.
- 10Add 1 1/2 cup heavy cream, juice and zest from 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley, and 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives.
- 11Add Parmesan cheese until desired amount is reached.
- 12Cook the shells pasta.
- 13Combine the cooked pasta with the cowboy butter sauce and steak bites.

Tips
- Work in batches when searing steak bites if needed.
- Don't clean the pan after searing steak; use the leftover flavor for the sauce.
- Add Parmesan cheese until you think it's enough or your arm gets tired.
