Cowboy Butter Steak Bites Pasta

Directions

  1. 1Cube your steak of choice (ribeye) into 2-3 inch pieces.
  2. 2Douse the steak cubes in steak seasoning (or a mix of garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and salt).
  3. 3Add 1 tbsp oil to a pan and give the seasoned steak cubes a quick sear, working in batches if necessary.
  4. 4Toss the seared steak cubes in 3 tbsp butter and 3-4 minced garlic cloves.
  5. 5Set the steak bites aside and do not clean the pan.
  6. 6In the same pan, melt 3 tbsp butter.
  7. 7Add 1/2 finely diced onion and 3 minced garlic cloves to create an aroma.
  8. 8Add 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, and 1 tsp Dijon mustard.
  9. 9Mix the spices and mustard around a bit.
  10. 10Add 1 1/2 cup heavy cream, juice and zest from 1/2 lemon, 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley, and 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives.
  11. 11Add Parmesan cheese until desired amount is reached.
  12. 12Cook the shells pasta.
  13. 13Combine the cooked pasta with the cowboy butter sauce and steak bites.

Tips
