8Prepare the dressing by mixing extra virgin olive oil, freshly squeezed orange juice, white wine vinegar, dried mint, honey, pomegranate molasses, and sea salt flakes in a jar.
9Shake the dressing well.
10Pour the dressing over the salad and stir well.

Tips
Finely dice the vegetables.
