High Protein Burritos

Directions
- 1Chop up a white onion.
- 2Add the chopped onion to a pan and cook.
- 3Once the onions are caramelized, add 2 pounds of extra lean beef to the pan.
- 4Pour in half a cup of bone broth.
- 5Add one packet of Taco Bell seasoning.
- 6Squeeze in some tomato paste.
- 7Add 1/3 less fat cream cheese.
- 8Mix all the ingredients in the pan and let it cook.
- 9For the sauce, add half a cup of plain Greek yogurt to a food processor.
- 10Add one tablespoon of light mayo.
- 11Add half a tablespoon of hot sauce.
- 12Add some paprika and garlic powder.
- 13Add a pinch of salt.
- 14Add a splash of lime juice.
- 15Add a little bit of water to make the sauce more liquid.
- 16Blend all the sauce ingredients in the food processor.
- 17Place eight wellness wraps on a clean surface.
- 18Evenly distribute the cooked meat mixture onto each wrap.
- 19Carefully wrap the burritos.
- 20Cook the burritos in an electric skillet until they are browned on both sides.
- 21Place two burritos in each container.
- 22Pour the prepared sauce over the burritos.

- 0.25 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
- 0.5 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 0.5 tablespoon hot sauce
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp lime juice
- water
- 8 Wellness wraps

Tips
