Directions

  1. 1Start by dropping a pound of ground beef in a pot, then add one diced onion, four minced garlic cloves.
  2. 2Break the ground beef up and brown it. Once browned and drained, add one teaspoon of paprika, one teaspoon of oregano, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of black pepper.
  3. 3Stir until all the spices are combined with the meat.
  4. 4Add three cups of chicken broth, one cup of whole milk, and one can of tomato sauce.
  5. 5Give it a firm but gentle stir.
  6. 6Add your pasta and bring to a boil.
  7. 7Continue to stir and cook until almost all the liquid is gone and your pasta is soft.
  8. 8Turn the heat off and add a cup of freshly shredded cheddar cheese.
  9. 9Stir that in to thicken the sauce and make it creamy.
  10. 10Put it in a bowl, sprinkle some parsley and red pepper flakes on top.
