Jalapeño Grilled Cheese Dogs
Directions
- 1Grate the jack and cheddar cheese. Season and mix.
- 2Score the hot dogs with a knife.
- 3Melt butter in a frying pan.
- 4Add the hot dogs to the pan and cook until crispy. Flip halfway through.
- 5Load hot dog buns with cheese.
- 6Add pickled jalapeños.
- 7Place hot dogs on the buns.
- 8Add more cheese on top.
- 9Melt butter in a frying pan.
- 10Add the assembled hot dogs to the pan and cook until the buns and cheese are golden brown. Flip halfway through.
- 11Cut in half and serve with thousand island dressing.

- 2 sticks butter
- 1 pinch seasoning
- 4 pickled jalapeños
- 1 small bowl thousand island dressing
