1Slice the skirt steak against the grain and toss it into the slow cooker.
2Add all marinade ingredients (soy sauce, gochujang, mirin, honey, garlic puree, ginger puree, black pepper, oyster sauce, toasted sesame oil) to the slow cooker.
3Mix the ingredients in the slow cooker.
4Cook on low for ~6 hours or on high for ~4 hours.
5Once cooked, shred the beef with forks.
6Prepare the low-calorie spicy cream sauce by mixing nonfat skyr or greek yogurt, gochujang, chili crisp, salt, pepper, and milk to your desired consistency.
7Steam the rice according to the instructions.
8Serve the Korean BBQ beef over steamed rice and top with the spicy cream sauce.
