Directions

  1. 1Add eggs to a bowl
  2. 2Add sugar
  3. 3Beat with a mixer until foamy consistency
  4. 4Add oil
  5. 5Sift in all purpose flour, baking powder and baking soda
  6. 6Mix well
  7. 7Add milk and mix well
  8. 8Add vanilla and mix well
  9. 9Divide the batter
  10. 10To one of the bowls add sifted cocoa powder
  11. 11Add milk and mix well
  12. 12In a greased pan, pour some vanilla batter, then some chocolate batter, alternating until finished
  13. 13Tap to remove air bubbles
  14. 14Swirl with a stick
  15. 15Bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 30-40 mins
  16. 16Remove from the pan and let it cool
  17. 17Slice the cake

  • 0.3333333333333333 cup oil
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tsp milk
