Directions

  1. 1Make a box of Old El Paso Cheesy Mexican Rice according to the package directions.
  2. 2Brown a pound of ground beef.
  3. 3Drain off the excess grease from the browned ground beef.
  4. 4Add your favorite taco seasoning and some water to the ground beef.
  5. 5Let the taco meat simmer for a few minutes.
  6. 6Spread refried beans on each of the four burrito-sized flour tortillas.
  7. 7Add a fourth of the taco meat onto each tortilla with refried beans.
  8. 8Add some of the cooked rice to each tortilla.
  9. 9Add a little bit of cheese to each tortilla.
  10. 10Roll up each tortilla into a burrito.
  11. 11Place the rolled burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  12. 12Pour a 19-ounce can of enchilada sauce over the burritos.
  13. 13Top with 2 cups of grated cheese.
  14. 14Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbly.
