Make a box of Old El Paso Cheesy Mexican Rice according to the package directions.

Brown a pound of ground beef.

Drain off the excess grease from the browned ground beef.

Add your favorite taco seasoning and some water to the ground beef.

Let the taco meat simmer for a few minutes.

Spread refried beans on each of the four burrito-sized flour tortillas.

Add a fourth of the taco meat onto each tortilla with refried beans.

Add some of the cooked rice to each tortilla.

Add a little bit of cheese to each tortilla.

Roll up each tortilla into a burrito.

Place the rolled burritos seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Pour a 19-ounce can of enchilada sauce over the burritos.

Top with 2 cups of grated cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbly.
