4Sear steak in the same skillet until a dark brown crust forms. Remove from heat.
5Deglaze the pan with red wine, scraping up brown bits.
6Return steak to the skillet. Add bone broth, all-purpose seasoning, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, Italian seasoning, thyme, rosemary, and crushed garlic.
7Cover and simmer until beef is tender.
8Stir in mushrooms, onions, and cornstarch slurry to thicken.
