Directions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. 2Place ground beef into a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. 3Add egg, milk, diced red bell pepper, onion soup mix, crushed crackers, ketchup, and barbecue sauce to the dish.
  4. 4Mix all ingredients together, then flatten the mixture along the bottom of the dish.
  5. 5Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. 6Arrange frozen tater tots evenly over the top of the cheese layer.
  7. 7Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 packet Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 bag cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
