Directions
- 1Add 2 egg yolks, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, and 2 tsp lemon juice to a jar.
- 2Pour in 2 cups of neutral oil.
- 3Use an immersion blender to emulsify the ingredients into mayonnaise.
- 4Add 1 cup of sour cream to the jar.
- 5Add 1 cup of buttermilk to the jar.
- 6Add 1 tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp MSG (optional) to the jar.
- 7Finely chop fresh parsley.
- 8Finely chop fresh dill.
- 9Finely chop fresh chives.
- 10Add the chopped parsley, dill, and chives to the jar.
- 11Squeeze 2-4 tsp of fresh lemon juice into the jar.
- 12Seal the jar with a lid.
- 13Shake the jar vigorously to combine all ingredients.
- 14Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
