Tips
Pepper can give it a spicy taste, so season it as you wish.
If frying, use 3-4 tablespoons of seasoning per cup of flour.
Be the guide and decide how seasoned you want your stuff.
This recipe uses granulated onion/garlic, not powdered.
The kosher salt used is not as strong as Morton salt, which helps to avoid over-salting.
You can use all regular paprika instead of a mix of regular and smoked paprika; both ways are good.
The amounts of ingredients can be adjusted based on personal preference for seasoning strength
