Cut tomatoes in half, place them on a baking tray, season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.

Grill in the oven until nice and soft.

Peel the skin off and add to a bowl.

Mix yogurt with tahini, salt, and two mashed cloves of garlic.

Add the yogurt mixture to the tomatoes; keep them a bit chunky.

Finely slice a tiny amount of garlic.

Fry the sliced garlic in a mixture of ghee and olive oil until nice and crispy.

Pour the fried garlic over the tomato mixture.

Serve warm with bread and tea.
