Directions

  1. 1Cut tomatoes in half, place them on a baking tray, season with salt and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. 2Grill in the oven until nice and soft.
  3. 3Peel the skin off and add to a bowl.
  4. 4Mix yogurt with tahini, salt, and two mashed cloves of garlic.
  5. 5Add the yogurt mixture to the tomatoes; keep them a bit chunky.
  6. 6Finely slice a tiny amount of garlic.
  7. 7Fry the sliced garlic in a mixture of ghee and olive oil until nice and crispy.
  8. 8Pour the fried garlic over the tomato mixture.
  9. 9Serve warm with bread and tea.
