Directions
- 1Cream together room temperature cream cheese and butter using an electric mixer.
- 2Add in the white sugar and mix until light and fluffy.
- 3Add vanilla extract and eggs. Mix until combined.
- 4In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- 5Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients in two additions, gently folding until just combined.
- 6Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 7Bake at 350 until lightly golden.
- 8Let cool on a wire rack.
- 9Dust with powdered sugar.
