Cut the mutton into pieces.

Heat oil in a pressure cooker.

Add sliced onions and saute until translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute.

Add mutton and saute for 10-15 minutes.

Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add 800ml water.

Cook in a pressure cooker for 1 hour and 25 minutes.

Remove oil from the cooked mutton.

Add the soaked lentils, rice, and wheat's ghaat to the pressure cooker.

Add 1 tbsp oil and water.

Add salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and red chilly powder.

Cook in the pressure cooker for 1-1.5 hours.

Mash the mutton well using a masher.

Add the cooked lentil mixture and mashed mutton together.

Add Garam masala and Desi ghee.

Mix well for 5 minutes.

Garnish with brown onions and fresh coriander.

Serve with rogan.

800 ml Water
40 g Lentils (6 types)
200 g Wheat's ghaat
40 g Rice
1 tbsp Oil
1000 ml Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 pinch Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red chilly powder
0.5 tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Desi ghee
1 tbsp Brown onion
1 tbsp Fresh coriander
1 tbsp Rogan
