Directions

  1. 1Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
  2. 2In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar; mix it.
  3. 3Add in the butter, milk and vanilla. Mix.
  4. 4Add the dry ingredients and mix.
  5. 5Submerge the apples in the batter.
  6. 6Layer the apples onto a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. 7Pour in the rest of the batter.
  8. 8Bake.
