2Drizzle in some olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and a little bit of black pepper.
3Toss that together and let it sit for about 15 minutes.
4Dice up two russet potatoes, make sure to rinse them with cold water and pat them dry.
5Drizzle some olive oil and season them with season salt.
6Throw them in an air fryer at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
7While those potatoes are cooking, throw your steak bites into a hot cast iron skillet.
8Let these steak bites sear up before you flip them, and then cook them to your liking.
9Once they're done, push them to one side, throw a little butter in that skillet, and once it's melted, add some minced garlic and let that garlic cook for about a minute.
10Throw your potatoes in there, toss this around, and then you're ready to dig in.
