Directions

  1. 1Brown ground hamburger.
  2. 2Soften two sweet onions and two peppers.
  3. 3Season with two packets of taco seasoning and two packets of ranch seasoning.
  4. 4Add two cans of drained black beans.
  5. 5Add two cans of Rotel.
  6. 6Add two cans of whole kernel corn (no salt added).
  7. 7Add one carton of chicken broth (beef broth can also be used).
  8. 8Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
  9. 9Add cream cheese.

  • 2 packets ranch seasoning
  • 2 cans black beans
  • 2 cans Rotel
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
