Creamy Taco Soup
Directions
- 1Brown ground hamburger.
- 2Soften two sweet onions and two peppers.
- 3Season with two packets of taco seasoning and two packets of ranch seasoning.
- 4Add two cans of drained black beans.
- 5Add two cans of Rotel.
- 6Add two cans of whole kernel corn (no salt added).
- 7Add one carton of chicken broth (beef broth can also be used).
- 8Bring to a boil, then simmer for 30 minutes.
- 9Add cream cheese.
