Directions

  1. 1Add some frozen hash browns to each section of a muffin tin.
  2. 2Add some cooked sausage crumbles on top of the hashbrowns.
  3. 3Add some shredded cheddar cheese over the sausage crumbles.
  4. 4Whisk together ten eggs with some milk and pour the mixture over the ingredients in each section of the muffin tin.
  5. 5Add some salt and pepper.
  6. 6Bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes.

  • 12 cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
