Activate yeast.

Make dough by mixing all ingredients.

Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, approximately 30-45 minutes.

While the dough is rising, cook the filling: saute diced onions and diced bacon until bacon is crispy and onions are translucent.

Roll out the risen dough into a large circle or rectangle.

Use a round cookie cutter to cut out individual dough circles.

Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each dough circle.

Fold the dough over the filling to form a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.

Place the formed piradzini on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
