Hot Honey Mozzarella Eggs
Directions
- 1Over a medium heat frying pan, add the hot honey, sprinkle some grated mozzarella.
- 2Once the cheese starts melting crack two eggs on top, season to taste and cover with a lid.
- 3When the eggs are cooked to your preference remove the lid and fold one side over.
- 4Serve and enjoy!
