Hot Honey Mozzarella Eggs

Directions

  1. 1Over a medium heat frying pan, add the hot honey, sprinkle some grated mozzarella.
  2. 2Once the cheese starts melting crack two eggs on top, season to taste and cover with a lid.
  3. 3When the eggs are cooked to your preference remove the lid and fold one side over.
  4. 4Serve and enjoy!
