Directions

  1. 1Prepare the smoker by adding charcoal to the charcoal basket.
  2. 2Place wood chunks into the charcoal.
  3. 3Light the wood chunks and charcoal.
  4. 4Cut the pork belly into cubes.
  5. 5Season the pork belly cubes with dry rub.
  6. 6Place the pork belly on the smoker grate.
  7. 7Close the smoker lid and let the pork belly smoke.
  8. 8In a small pot, combine honey, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, apple juice, and butter to create the sauce.
  9. 9Remove the smoked pork belly from the smoker and place it into a bowl.
  10. 10Pour the prepared sauce over the pork belly.
  11. 11Transfer the sauced pork belly to aluminum foil.
  12. 12Wrap the pork belly in aluminum foil.
  13. 13Place the foil-wrapped pork belly back into the smoker.
  14. 14Let it cook further until tender and glazed.
  15. 15Remove the finished pork belly burnt ends from the smoker.
