Directions

  1. 1Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  2. 2Incorporate sugars, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt well.
  3. 3Fold in whipped topping, followed by Snickers, reserving 1/2 cup for topping.
  4. 4Transfer to serving dish.
  5. 5Top with caramel and the rest of the Snickers.
  6. 6Chill for a few hours or overnight.
  7. 7Serve with green apples, graham crackers, Ritz crackers, and pretzels.

  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar, loosely packed
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • 8 oz cool whip or whipped cream
  • 1.5 cup snickers, chopped
  • 1 1-3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • Granny Smith apples
  • graham crackers
  • ritz crackers
  • pretzels
