Hot honey rub chicken tenders

Directions

  1. 1Combine the chicken tenders with garlic powder, salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and egg in a large bowl. Mix until evenly coated.

  3. 3Whisk together all dry coating ingredients in a separate bowl until well combined.
  4. 4Dredge each chicken tender in the flour mixture, pressing lightly so the coating adheres. Shake off any excess.
  5. 5Heat oil to 170–175°C (340–350°F).
  6. 6Fry the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  7. 7Transfer to a wire rack and let rest briefly.

  9. 9Add the hot sauce, honey, and cayenne pepper, stirring until fully combined.
