Directions

  1. 1Add oil to the crockpot.
  2. 2Add chicken to the crockpot.
  3. 3Season the chicken.
  4. 4Add coconut cream to the crockpot.
  5. 5Add mango peach preserves to the crockpot.
  6. 6Add minced garlic to the crockpot.
  7. 7Dice the onion.
  8. 8Add onion to the crockpot.
  9. 9Set the crockpot to cook.
  10. 10Cut the lime.
  11. 11Squeeze the lime juice into a pot.
  12. 12Chop the cilantro.
  13. 13Add chopped cilantro to the pot with rice.
  14. 14Add coconut cream to the pot with rice.
  15. 15Mix the ingredients in the pot.
  16. 16Place the pot into the instant pot.
  17. 17Close the instant pot.
  18. 18The chicken curry and rice are ready to serve.
