Directions

  1. 1Tear up the fresh rotisserie chicken.
  2. 2Slice and dice the carrots.
  3. 3Slice and dice the celery.
  4. 4Toss the carrots and celery in a crock pot.
  5. 5Season the vegetables with garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and more garlic.
  6. 6Stir the ingredients in the crock pot.
  7. 7Add the ripped chicken to the crock pot.
  8. 8Add one cup of uncooked rice to the crock pot.
  9. 9Pour in two boxes of chicken broth.
  10. 10Cook on low and slow for 4 to 6 hours.
  11. 11After cooking, take the half and half and add a quarter cup of flour.
  12. 12Whisk the half and half and flour mixture.
  13. 13Stir the creamy mixture into the soup.
