1In a bowl, melt one stick of butter, add two tablespoons of cinnamon and one cup of brown sugar. Mix it up.
2Lay out some taco shells.
3Put the filling on the taco shells and spread it out.
4Roll them up and cut into one inch pieces.
5Put the rolls in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
6Meanwhile, whip up the icing in a mixing bowl. Add two cups of powdered sugar, two teaspoons of vanilla, four tablespoons of milk (or heavy whipping cream), and two tablespoons of melted butter. Mix it up.
7Take the rolls out of the oven, and put the icing on top.
