Directions

  1. 1Cut tortillas into 4 equal pieces.
  2. 2Place the tortillas in a muffin tin.
  3. 3Create layers with ground beef, rice and cheese.
  4. 4Pop the tin in the oven until the shell is cooked.
  5. 5Add sour cream, tomatoes, jalapeños and cilantro.
  6. 6Cut in half and enjoy.
